Vision of the subject:
Green - Increase loop tree and vegetation ring wall building, extending the Green's visual imagery.
Water - by creating hydrophilic room for the beautiful island closer to the people around MRT stations.
Leisure - experience the fun, becoming a part of modern human life.
Imagery:
Water Park - Construction will interact with humans.
Build bridges inside and outside - the public can be more close to buildings.

生產策略：老舊大樓，以大型帆布廣告遮蔽。
既有產業聯結：糕餅業可與外來咖啡文化結合，創造台灣特有飲食文化。
創意產業：將高雄市內各個藝術、文化館，統合規劃出展場，包括廣告宣導、室內外展覽、周邊商品販售。
