規劃範圍內多為民生與服務產業，其商圈分佈呈線性分佈，中山路北段兩側多為婚紗攝影，至圓環則沿著中正路向東延伸，而中正路西段（圓環以西）則為喜餅糕餅街，呈現倒T字形分佈的沿街婚禮相關之商業活動。而規劃範圍北側之六合路東段，因七賢林森路口的各家電信業者服務據點，衍生沿著六合路電信通訊販賣的沿街商業活動。
