樹德科技大學99級畢業設計

建築物構造部分，多為鋼筋混凝土構造，於南華觀光購物街與新興市場之街廓，建築物構造多為磚造。

Part of the building structure, mostly for reinforced concrete structures, in the South Hua Guanguang shopping street and the emerging markets of street blocks and buildings are mostly brick structure.

建築物構造分佈

規劃範圍內之建築物多數為四層樓以下之透天商住混合使用，樓層最高之建築物為22層樓，

位於規劃範圍之東南側區塊，圓環周邊之建築物則是以六層樓建築物為主，少數辦公大樓為十層樓左右。

Building  structural distribution
Most buildings within the scope of planning for the four-storey mixed use residential and commercial Duplex below, the highest floors of the building is 22 floors, located in the southeast range planning block, ring around the building is based on six floor, main building, a few for the 10-story office building around.
